Sessions are designed to support the autonomic nervous system — helping employees move from states of activation and overwhelm toward calm, grounded, regulated presence.
Not a generic team-building exercise. These experiences offer employees a genuine restorative break — intentional, well-facilitated, and clinically informed.
Guided deep listening practices help employees slow internal noise, cultivate presence, and build capacity for reflection and emotional reset.
Especially well suited for helping professionals, healthcare teams, educators, social workers, and mission-driven organizations facing compassion fatigue and burnout.
Sessions can be integrated into wellness days, retreats, staff appreciation events, team gatherings, and ongoing professional development programming.
Every session is facilitated by Alan Thompson MA, MT-BC, LCAT — a board-certified music therapist with deep experience in healthcare, VA systems, and therapeutic sound.
